The Golden Hour: A Passionate Sunset Engagement Session

Do you know that feeling?  The one that makes your stomach drop, your heart want to burst, your eyes gleam?  The feeling of love consuming you, radiating from you -where you are filled to overflowing -so much so that you feel love will burst out of you like sunlight!
Yes.  Oh, what a feeling!

Here, in the golden hour, that timeless sense of burning passion blended with rock-solid-know-deep-down-in-your-gut kind of love is captured between Allison+Austin in the third portion of their engagement session.

In this Season of Love, take a moment and connect with that amazing feeling and knowledge -the love that swept you away, that holds you close, that brings utter fulfillment to your heart.
Right after I publish this, I'm going to go share some of that love with my hunky hubby and wee little rascals.

Happiest of Holidays and Enjoy!

Falling in Love: An Autumn Engagement in Georgetown Part Two

Photo & Video Sharing by SmugMug
Allison+Austin started their "love snaps" in Georgetown at some favorite little places of mine.  I love Central Texas; it's full of surprising nooks and spaces excellent for telling stories through pictures.  I still can't get over how many cute buildings there are -coming from Alaska where the OLDEST structures are, hm, three years old (okay, okay, 1919, but there's only one in Anchorage and the rest are from 1968 onward.)  *Sigh* I love vintage, and happily I am surrounded by lovely old finds here in Texas.

Love and Music: Engagement Session Part One

Photo & Video Sharing by SmugMug
I can hear the sweet jazz playing.  Can you?
Allison+Austin, like all of my couples who do engagement sessions, had 3 separate stylings.  This was technically the 2nd, but I am so nuts about it I had to share it first.
Music is a major part of their lives, and they are both quite hip cats.  I suggested a vintage/retro picnic theme -Austin brought along his records and player, I supplied the extras and they looked too fun for words -but that's what pictures are for!  To express the inexpressible.

~Enjoy their music~
